Germany ~ 1890 :: Digitally-Enhanced ~ 2009

This is a painstakingly corrected, repaired, and digitally enhanced reproduction of a stained glass brought over from Germany by my great-grandfather, apparently between 1885 and 1895.
 
In regards to the matte, well, I broke my own rule (except there are no rules … but if there were, I’d be the first to break them). I chose a neutral gray matte, as to me, it should appear that light is coming through the glass, and the dark matte provides that look better than a light matte.

Just my personal opinion … your matte may vary.
